About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day customer and business interactions.
Communicate with clients and provide appropriate assistance.
Follow up with leads, customers, and assigned enquiries.
Maintain accurate records and update relevant information.
Support the team in achieving business and performance targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Requirements




Any Degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Robust customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
