About The Role

We are looking for a creative, high-ownership intern who can help us build content and marketing from zero to one.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shooting content, creating reels and short-form videos, using AI tools, experimenting with new ideas, and tracking what actually works.

You will work closely with the founders and get autonomy to create, test, and improve content across social media, product storytelling, and growth campaigns.

Responsibilities
Shoot short-form content for social media, product explainers, founder-led content, and customer stories
Use AI tools to ideate, write, repurpose, and improve content
Edit simple videos, reels, clips, captions, thumbnails, and campaign assets
Create content ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels
Help build content calendars and execute campaigns consistently
Track performance of content and suggest experiments to improve reach, engagement, and leads




Support marketing experiments, brand storytelling, and growth initiatives
Take ownership of undefined tasks and figure out how to get them done

Requirements
Robust creativity and interest in content, social media, AI, and digital marketing
Comfort shooting content on a phone or basic camera setup
Basic video editing skills
Familiarity with AI tools for writing, content creation, design, research, or productivity
Transparent communication and ability to think from the audience’s point of view
High ownership, speed, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Comfortable working from office in Gurgaon
Bonus: portfolio, reels, edits, content page, campaigns, Canva work, or any proof of creative execution
