We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our clients’ presence across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. The candidate should understand marketplace operations, product listings, order management, catalogue optimization, pricing, promotions, advertising, reporting, and day-to-day coordination required to improve online sales.

The role requires someone who can independently handle e-commerce accounts, maintain accurate product information, monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversions, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Manage e-commerce accounts across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other relevant marketplaces.
Create, upload and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, specifications, categories, images and variations.
Manage product catalogues, inventory, pricing, offers, discounts and promotional campaigns.
Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and marketplace-related operational issues.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, warehouses and logistics partners for smooth order fulfilment.




Monitor account health, seller ratings, customer reviews and marketplace compliance.
Perform keyword research and listing optimization to improve product visibility and organic ranking.
Assist in managing marketplace advertising such as Amazon Sponsored Ads and other platform-specific campaigns.
Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, ROAS, ACOS and other relevant e-commerce KPIs.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Analyse competitor products, pricing, promotions, reviews and marketplace positioning.
Participate in marketplace sale events and promotional prospects.
Resolve catalogue errors, suppressed listings, account issues and other marketplace support cases.
Coordinate product creatives, banners, enhanced content/A+ content and promotional assets with the design team.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve conversion and expand products into additional marketplaces.

Pay: ₹9,788.09 - ₹10,000.00 per month
