Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints through various support channels.
Provide prompt and skilled assistance to customers.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Understand customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Support the team in resolving customer issues efficiently.
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a great customer experience.




Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights with the team.

Skills Required
Good verbal communication skills in Kannada and English.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
Solid listening and problem-solving skills.
