Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and research-oriented Equity Research Intern to support our Product Development team.
The role will involve conducting fundamental research on listed and unlisted companies, tracking sectors and investment themes, preparing research notes, and supporting the development of investment insights across public and private markets.

Key Responsibilities
Equity

Research
Conduct fundamental research on listed companies, unlisted companies, and PE/VC-backed businesses across various sectors.
Analyze annual reports, investor presentations, quarterly results, management commentaries, industry reports, and other relevant research material.
Evaluate companies based on business models, financial performance, competitive positioning, valuation, growth prospects, and key investment risks.
Track sectoral developments, industry trends, and emerging investment themes.
Prepare company initiation notes, sector reports, investment briefs, and research summaries.
Market

Research & Analysis
Monitor Indian and global equity markets for key developments and emerging investment opportunities.
Track corporate announcements, regulatory changes, macroeconomic developments, and industry trends impacting businesses.




Support thematic research and identify long-term investment prospects across public and private markets.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, organize, and analyze financial and market data using Microsoft Excel.
Assist in preparing investment presentations, research reports, screening models, and analytical dashboards.
Maintain research databases and ensure timely updates of company and sector information.

Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interest in equity markets, company analysis, private markets (PE/VC), and investment research.
Valuable analytical, quantitative, and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
