Responsibilities
Manage website orders, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries.
Convert enquiries into sales and achieve targets.
Manage confirmations, exchanges, returns, and cancellations.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
Maintain customer/order details in CRM.

Requirements
Excellent English communication is mandatory.
Valuable Hindi communication and customer-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of CRM and computer operations.
Basic knowledge of fashion, garments, and fabrics.
B2C, retail, or e-commerce experience preferred.
Confident, responsible, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
