Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily field visits along assigned beats/routes across Bangalore.
Identify and onboard current business accounts (B2B retail, Kiranas, corporate offices, or cafés).
Manage daily order collection, payment follow-ups, and stock distribution coordination.
Maintain strong, regular relationships with shop owners, distributors, and key buyers.
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets and current-client acquisition goals.
Track and report daily beat activity using sales tracking software / mobile app.

Key Requirements:
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on field sales experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Coffee, or Retail distribution.
Vehicle & License:



Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Mandatory).
Languages: Fluency in Kannada and English or Hindi.
Location: Must be residing in Bangalore and thoroughly familiar with local commercial beats and routes.
