Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and be capable of identifying opportunities, closing deals, and managing client relationships in a quick-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients for prepaid cards and digital payment products
Pitch products and services to corporate and SME clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets




Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
Maintain records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales/business development experience (preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or related sectors)
Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of digital payments or financial products preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Must be based in Noida or willing to relocate
