About the Role

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and GoHighLevel (GHL).

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Monitor ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
Conduct A/B testing.
Manage campaign budgets.

GoHighLevel (Mandatory)
Build sales funnels.
Create workflows and automation.
Manage CRM pipelines.
Configure Email, SMS & WhatsApp automation.
Create landing pages and forms.
Track leads and campaign performance.
Integrate Zapier, Make, APIs and Webhooks.

SEO
Perform keyword research.
Execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
Improve rankings and organic traffic.
Use SEMRush, Ahrefs and Search Console.

Social Media Marketing
Execute social media campaigns.
Coordinate with design team.
Increase engagement and brand awareness.

Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using GA4, Looker Studio and GoHighLevel.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Recommend optimization strategies.

Experience with GoHighLevel CRM and automation.
Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC and lead generation.
