Position : Hostel Warden

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of hostel students.
Maintain a protected, secure, clean, and supportive hostel environment.
Monitor students’ daily routines, including study time, meals, recreation, and bedtime.
Maintain regular communication with the school management and parents regarding student-related concerns.
Ensure proper attendance and maintain hostel records.
Handle emergencies and report incidents to the concerned authority immediately.
Coordinate with teaching, administrative, housekeeping, security, and medical teams when required.
Ensure students follow hostel rules, regulations, and discipline.
Monitor students during study hours and support them with their academic needs.
Conduct regular hostel inspections and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Address students’ basic needs and provide appropriate guidance and counselling.
Organise and supervise hostel activities and routines.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the School Management.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.




Mandatory: Ability to handle English and Mathematics at the school level.
Candidates with experience in residential schools, hostels, boarding schools, or student welfare are preferred.

Basic computer and record-maintenance skills.

Experience
Prior experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Supervisor, Teacher, Counsellor, or in a similar student-supervision role will be an advantage.

Working Nature
The position requires flexibility to work according to the hostel schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
