Graphic Designer

Role Overview

Were looking for a Graphic Designer with strong creative and visual skills to lead digital, social, marketing, and offline design requirements. The role combines creative design, AI-powered design, and multimedia production to create high-impact brand and marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead creative design across social media, campaigns, websites, ads, presentations, and offline marketing.
Develop concepts and translate marketing briefs into compelling visual content.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication.
Create static, carousel, campaign, advertising, and promotional creatives.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Social Media, and Business teams.
Create AI-assisted visuals, concepts, mockups, and creative variations, using up-to-date AI design tools.
Support motion graphics, reels, video editing, animations, and multimedia content, when required.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Provide creative direction and mentor junior designers.
Stay updated with design, AI, social media, and multimedia trends.

Required Skills
3–4 years of qualified graphic/visual design experience.
Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,



and Figma.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Strong portfolio across digital marketing and social media.
Strong conceptualisation and creative problem-solving skills.
Experience with AI design tools and AI-assisted creative workflows.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Good working knowledge of
AI creative/design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar.
After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar for motion/video.
Motion graphics, animations, video editing, and short-form content.
AI-generated imagery, creative ideation, visual enhancement, and rapid creative variations.

Valuable to Have
Experience in SaaS, technology, startups, agencies, or digital-first brands.
Understanding of UI/UX principles.
Experience creating brand guidelines.
Experience with performance marketing creatives and A/B testing.
Ability to combine traditional design + AI + motion/multimedia into complete creative campaigns.Role & responsibilities
