Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FinOps Presales Consultant with 7+ years of experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, cloud cost optimization, and presales consulting. The candidate will be responsible for leading FinOps engagements, understanding customer requirements, developing solutions, and supporting presales opportunities from discovery through proposal and closure.

Key Responsibilities
Lead FinOps engagements including assessment, implementation, and ongoing cloud financial management.
Advise customers on cloud cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance.
Implement FinOps best practices across AWS, Azure, GCP, and multi-cloud environments.
Analyze cloud spending and identify prospects for cost savings and optimization.
Work with customers to define FinOps strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks.
Lead FinOps presales activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.




Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop customized FinOps solutions.
Conduct customer workshops and presentations and communicate FinOps concepts effectively to business and technical stakeholders.
Support effort estimation, solution proposals, and commercial discussions for FinOps opportunities.

Required Skills
7+ years of experience in FinOps, Cloud Financial Management, Cloud Consulting, or related areas.
Solid experience in FinOps and Cloud Cost Optimization .
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or multi-cloud environments.
Robust Presales and Consulting experience.
Good understanding of cloud budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, chargeback/showback, and financial governance.
Experience with FinOps tools such as Cloudability, Flexera, CloudHealth, or native cloud cost management tools is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and client-facing skills.
FinOps certification is an added advantage.
