Job Overview

We are hiring Field Sales Executives (FSE) for Paytm to drive merchant onboarding and promote digital payment solutions in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Visit local markets and merchants for lead generation and onboarding.
Acquire new merchants and enable digital payment solutions.
Sell and deploy Paytm Soundbox, QR Code, EDC/Card Swipe Machines and other payment solutions.
Explain product features, perks and payment acceptance processes to merchants.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and onboarding targets.
Visit existing merchants and resolve their basic product/service-related issues.
Conduct merchant revisits and support Soundbox/EDC deployment.
Build and maintain solid relationships with merchants.
Gather market feedback and competitor insights.




Ensure customer satisfaction and improve sales conversion and retention.

Eligibility
Freshers are welcome if they have good communication and sales skills.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Telecom, Banking, Retail, E-commerce, Fintech or Wallets will be preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in the field and meeting daily targets.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Valuable knowledge of the local area/geography.
Age: 18–35 years.
