We are hiring Facility Manager for our client based in Hyderabad.

The Facility Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the site, ensuring that all facility services are delivered safely, efficiently, compliantly, and in line with client expectations and contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing daily facility operations (hard and soft services), coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, monitoring service quality, performing site inspections, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
The role acts as the primary in office interface for the client, managing client relationships, operational reviews, and site walk-throughs.
Additionally, the manager ensures compliance with Health & Safety regulations, monitors site costs and budgets, validates administrative documentation, and supervises on-site teams,



including recruitment support and training.

Ideal profile:
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Facility Management or Site Management with a robust understanding of hard and soft services .
Must be proficient in managing KPIs, SLAs, and budgets, and possess robust IT literacy (MS Office, FM systems).
Key soft skills include a client-oriented mindset, leadership, team coordination, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic setting.
A valid CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, along with a proactive, solution-focused approach and a strong sense of accountability.
