HR Intern – Night Shift

Job Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand – In office

Working Hours: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team for the night shift. The intern will support candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and other recruitment activities while gaining practical experience in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interactions and collect relevant information.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and selection status.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Assist in preparing and posting job openings.
Coordinate with the recruitment team on ongoing hiring requirements.
Maintain regular communication with candidates.




Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

Requirements
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment experience can apply.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Willingness to work in the night shift.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Candidates interested in building a career in HR/Recruitment are preferred.
