About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and related frameworks, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
Design and implement scalable applications and APIs.
Collaborate with front-end developers, database engineers, and business analysts to define project requirements.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
Maintain proper documentation for developed modules and applications.

Required Technical Skills




Solid proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design principles.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL / MySQL or other relational databases.
Experience in working with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is desirable.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3–4 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
