We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. This internship will provide hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction of recent employees
Assist in attendance tracking and leave management
Help in drafting HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
Handle basic administrative tasks related to HR
Requirements:
Graduate / Pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Stipend: 4000-12000 Working Days/Hours: 5 Days working
