Generate recent leads through field visits and market outreach.

Visit gated communities, villas, malls, hospitals, tech parks, corporate buildings, airports, commercial properties, and other potential customer locations .

Meet facility managers, property managers, association representatives, and decision-makers.

/n
Understand customer parking and access-management requirements.

/n
Present suitable Yellowspot solutions based on customer requirements.

/n
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline.

/n
Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for quotations and demonstrations.

/n
Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, and follow-ups.

/n
Work toward assigned lead-generation and sales targets.
