About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist to independently manage end-to-end HR operations and contribute to building effective people practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
Drive recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with organizational practices.
Manage KRA/KPI setting, performance management, appraisals, and performance reviews.
Manage and optimize HRMS/HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.
Prepare and analyze HR MIS, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management reporting.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues effectively.
Lead and manage the HR team while ensuring smooth execution of HR activities.




Partner with department heads and management on workforce planning and people-related matters.
Identify prospects to improve HR processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
5–8 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably with reputed organizations.
Strong experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations functions.
Hands-on expertise in HRMS/HRIS, performance management, KRA/KPI, recruitment, and HR analytics/MIS.
Robust knowledge of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to independently manage HR operations and work closely with senior management.
Strong team management and stakeholder management capabilities.
