Build-Tech.in is looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist who can help us generate qualified business leads through Instagram & Facebook Ads .

? What You’ll Do

- Plan and run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Identify and target the right audience for Build-Tech.in
- Create and test ad campaigns, creatives, audiences and offers
- Monitor CPL, conversions and overall campaign performance
- Optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads , not just clicks
- Analyze campaign data and continuously improve performance
- Help Build-Tech acquire new website & software development clients

? Compensation This is a performance-based chance .

Build-Tech.in will provide the required advertising budget for running campaigns.

Your compensation will be based on converted/qualified leads and successful client conversions generated through your campaigns.

? Who We’re Looking For





- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, pixels and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC and ROAS
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
- Previous experience generating leads for businesses/agencies is a plus
- Results-oriented mindset
