Job location: ChennaiAs a Merchandising Manager at Frutta, you will drive the growth of Frutta’s merchandise and corporate gifting business through merchandising, vendor management, product development, and business development. The role will focus on vendor partnerships, product portfolio expansion, pricing, procurement, and customised solutions across tech gadgets, drinkware, eco-friendly products, apparel, festive boxes, and branded merchandise. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage Frutta’s corporate gifting and merchandise portfolio, including customised gifting solutions & other solutions.
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors; negotiate pricing, quality, MOQs,



and delivery terms.
- Source new products and expand the portfolio based on market and customer requirements.
- Develop pricing strategies and ensure healthy margins and cost-effective procurement.
- Support corporate sales by developing gifting solutions and proposals for client requirements.
- Manage digital product catalogues, listings, pricing, and sales performance.
- Coordinate order fulfilment, quality, delivery, and vendor performance for bulk corporate orders.

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in corporate gifting, merchandising, vendor management, procurement, or e-commerce.
- 6+ years of experience in vendor management and supplier negotiations.
- 6+ years of experience in merchandising and product portfolio management.
- Strong commercial, pricing, procurement, and margin management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
