Key Responsibilities

Order Management

- Receive and review buyer purchase orders.

- Confirm order quantity, delivery date, and specifications.

- Coordinate with buyers for approvals and changes.

TNA (Time &

- Action) Follow-up

- Create and maintain TNA for all styles.

- Track fabric, trims, sampling, cutting, sewing, finishing, and dispatch timelines.

- Ensure all departments meet planned dates.

Sampling Coordination

- Arrange development, fit, PP, and shipment samples.

- Follow up on buyer comments and corrections.

Fabric &

- Trims Follow-up

- Check fabric availability and pending quantities.

- Order trims and fabric

- Coordinate trims ordering as per BOM.

- Ensure materials are available before production starts.

Production Coordination

- Conduct PP meetings with production teams.

- Monitor daily production status.

- Resolve issues related to fabric, trims, embroidery, printing, and handwork.

Costing &

- BOM

- Prepare garment costing sheets.

- Create and verify BOM (Bill of Materials).

- Control material consumption and wastage.

Dispatch &

- Documentation

- Coordinate packing and shipment schedules.





- Prepare packing list, invoice, and dispatch details.

- Ensure on-time delivery to buyers.

Reporting

- Update daily/weekly production status reports.

- Share pending issue reports with management.

- Maintain style-wise order tracking records.

- Review TNA pending points.

- Check fabric and trims shortages.

- Follow up on approvals.

Afternoon

Coordination

- Coordinate with cutting, sewing, embroidery, and finishing.

- Update production tracker.

- Resolve urgent issues.

Evening

Reporting

- Update dispatch status.

- Share daily summary with management.

- Prepare next-day priority list.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
