Job Title: Merchandising Manager - Soft Plush Manufacturing

Location: Greater Noida (Work From Office)

Salary: Up to ₹11 - ₹12 LPA

Experience Required: 8 - 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Product Development & Buyer Management: Interpret buyer briefs, artwork, and specs to coordinate sample development. Serve as the primary contact for buyer inquiries, product costing, negotiations, and relationship management. PDF+ 1
- Costing & Pricing: Create detailed product costings (covering fabrics, faux fur, filling, trims, labour, and overheads) while optimising margins without sacrificing quality. PDF
- Order & Production Execution: Build and monitor Time & Action (T&A;) plans, clear production bottlenecks, and ensure sample and production milestone approvals. PDF
- Sourcing & Vendor Relations: Source specialised fabrics, fillings, and accessories; negotiate prices and lead times with suppliers. PDF
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure products meet international toy safety standards (e.g., EN71, ASTM) and coordinate inline, final, and third-party QA inspections. PDF
- Logistics & Documentation: Oversee export documentation (PI, PO, invoices, packing lists) and coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery tracking. PDF

- Domain Expertise: Soft toys/plush manufacturing,



home textiles, or gifting industry experience. PDF
- Technical Proficiency: Product costing, Time & Action (T&A;) management, export/import documentation, Advanced MS Excel, and ERP systems. PDF
- Safety & Quality Standards: Familiarity with international safety frameworks such as EN71 and ASTM. PDF
- Core Strengths: Negotiation, vendor management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-team leadership under tight deadlines. PDF

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
