Job Role: MEP Engineer

- Bridge the gap between architectural/design requirements and on-site construction.

- Manage and coordinate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems during project execution.

- Ensure MEP installations comply with approved designs, building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor MEP installation progress and quality.

- Supervise the installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems as per drawings and specifications.

- Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation practices to ensure quality standards.

- Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

- Identify and resolve site-level technical and coordination issues.

- Ensure timely completion of MEP works according to project schedules.

- Maintain site inspection reports, progress updates,



and relevant technical documentation.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable building regulations.

Experience Required

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

- Prior experience in MEP coordination, construction, or site engineering is preferred.

- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- Knowledge of building codes, installation standards, and sustainability practices.

- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
