Role Description

As a Member of Technical Staff, you will design, build, and optimize core components of the identity security platform, working closely with product and security teams. Day to day, you'll implement scalable, multi-tenant backend services in Go, integrate with identity and access systems across cloud and SaaS providers, write clean, testable code, and participate in code reviews. You'll also troubleshoot production issues, drive reliability and performance improvements, and contribute to architectural decisions supporting AI agents, human users, and NHIs.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where the team collaborates in person to ship secure, high-quality software.

Qualifications

- 3–12 years of backend engineering experience with strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Proficiency in Go (preferred) or another modern language such as Java or Python, along with version control and CI/CD workflows.
- Working knowledge of identity, access management, and security fundamentals: authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes/containers, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Skilled at debugging, performance optimization, and production monitoring using logs, metrics, and tracing.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills; comfortable with the pace and ownership of a startup.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in cybersecurity, identity platforms, or high-scale enterprise SaaS is a plus; familiarity with AI/agentic architectures is highly beneficial.
