Job Title: Medical Superintendent /n Location: MNR Medical Hospital, Fasalwadi Campus, Sangareddy, Telangana /n Department: Hospital Administration /n Reports to: Dean / Chairman / Hospital Director /n Position Type: Full time | Residential Role /n Profile Summary /n MNR Medical Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Superintendent to lead its hospital operations. 10+ years of clinical experience and at least 5 years as a Medical Superintendent in a teaching medical college. Preference will be given to Ex-Service Doctors who are fluent in English and Telugu, and are willing to reside on campus. /n Key Responsibilities /n Hospital Operations & Administration /n /n

- Oversee all medical and administrative operations of the hospital

/n

- Ensure smooth functioning of clinical departments and coordination with medical college

/n

- Maintain discipline and clinical accountability among faculty, doctors, and support staff

/n /n Clinical Oversight /n /n

- Monitor patient care standards, emergency services, and OPD/IPD efficiency

/n

- Supervise infection control, medical audits, and clinical outcomes reporting

/n

- Liaison with departments for adequate staffing, case load, and teaching hospital benchmarks

/n /n Academic Coordination /n /n

- Ensure hospital compliance with NMC norms for academic and clinical teaching

/n





- Coordinate with department heads and teaching staff for student postings and assessments

/n

- Facilitate PG/UG training and academic audit processes

/n /n Compliance & Quality Control /n /n

- Adhere to and oversee regulatory compliance (NMC, NABH, Biomedical Waste, Fire Safety)

/n

- Implement hospital SOPs and support quality improvement initiatives

/n

- Be the hospital's face during inspections and accreditation visits

/n /n Team Leadership /n /n

- Lead interdisciplinary teams comprising consultants, residents, nurses, and paramedics

/n

- Promote a culture of discipline, ethics, safety, and compassion

/n

- Conduct regular review meetings with clinical departments

/n /n Eligibility Criteria /n Qualification /n /n

- MBBS + MD/MS in any clinical discipline (General Medicine/Surgery preferred)

/n

- Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration (desirable)

/n /n Experience /n /n

- Minimum 10 years of total experience in clinical/hospital services

/n

- At least 5 years as Medical Superintendent in a recognized medical college/hospital

/n /n Preferred Profile /n /n

- Ex-Servicemen (Army Medical Corps or similar) highly preferred

/n
