Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Brands: Perfecxa & Diabascan

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the retail market within the assigned territory.
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
- Generate secondary sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Submit daily reports and maintain accurate sales records.





Preferred Experience Candidates having experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- Home Healthcare Products
- Medical Devices
- Retail Sales
- Dealer & Distributor Management
- Channel Sales

Experience in selling products such as:
- BP Monitors
- Glucometers
- Nebulizers
- Pulse Oximeters
- Weighing Scales
- Other Home Healthcare Devices

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
