Job Title: Health Care Coach

Overview ARMSOFTECH.AIR PVT. LTD. is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients, monitoring their health conditions, and coordinating care to ensure proper medication management and support.

Key Responsibilities Call and coordinate with patients regarding their current health conditions and diseases. Guide patients about their prescribed medications and treatment plans. Monitor and record any symptoms or side effects experienced by patients. Prepare detailed reports based on patient feedback and health updates. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure patients are receiving proper care and support.

Requirements Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in a Medical/Healthcare field.





Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with patients professionally.
