Responsibility
Ensure payroll governance is in place and fully operational.,Stay up to date on statutory compliances related to employee payroll processes.,Implement and manage various flexi-CTC packages, including flexi perks.,Evaluate and improve process levels within HR functions such as Payroll and Vendor Management.,Work on payroll processes and related functions with a high degree of autonomy.,Manage other HR-related activities for BFSI as assigned.,Ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance with company policies.

Qualification
MBA in HR or relevant qualifications.
