Role:Gold loan Sales Manger

Location: Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

· Drive Gold Loan business through open market and field sales.

· Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned business targets.

· Develop new customer acquisition channels and local market opportunities.

· Guide the team on lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion.

· Conduct regular market visits and identify current business opportunities.

· Monitor daily team performance and ensure timely follow-up on leads.

· Build and maintain strong customer and market relationships.

·

Coordinate with the concerned team for documentation and loan processing.

· Prepare and share regular business and team performance updates.





· Build and manage your own sales team by actively sourcing and recruiting suitable Sales Executives for the assigned location.

· Take responsibility for team building, hiring, training, guiding and monitoring the team to achieve the assigned business targets.

· Continuously maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to ensure the required team strength is maintained.

Eligibility

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in core Gold Loan sales.

· Prior team-handling experience is mandatory.

· Robust knowledge of Gold Loan products and open-market sales.

· Valuable leadership, communication and customer-handling skills.
