Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, dynamic and result-oriented Growth Assistant Manager to support business expansion and student/customer acquisition initiatives at the Head Office. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and willingness to travel for business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth and lead generation activities for the organization
Handle sales and business development operations
Visit locations/branches/partners as required (travel involved)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Support marketing and outreach campaigns
Achieve monthly/quarterly growth and sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of plans

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good convincing and presentation ability




Sales or business development experience preferred
Education industry experience is an added advantage
Ability to travel as per business requirements
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Smart personality with problem-solving attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Background in sales, business development, or education consulting
Comfortable working in a quick-paced growth workplace
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
