Accounts Executive (with Tally)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping and financial transactions
Hands-on experience in Tally Prime / Tally ERP
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and statutory compliance
Experience in sales & purchase entries, invoicing, billing and payment processing
Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
Good knowledge of vendor and customer reconciliation
Ability to handle GST invoicing and GST return-related activities
Knowledge of TDS calculation, deduction and return documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas
Experience in preparing MIS reports, ageing reports and expense statements
Knowledge of inventory and stock accounting in Tally
Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Positive analytical, communication and coordination skills
Robust follow-up and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounting activities within deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
