POSITION: PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE: 1–3 Years

QUALIFICATION: Graduate / Diploma / ITI

Salary : 15k to 30 k depending upon experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Purchase of raw materials, components, and consumable items.

Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers.

Coordinate with suppliers for material availability and timely delivery.

Compare quotations and negotiate prices with vendors.

Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and documents.

Coordinate with Store, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.

Ensure proper documentation and timely material procurement.

Monitor pending Purchase Orders and material deliveries.

Knowledge of Tally is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Basic knowledge of Purchase & Vendor Management.

Positive communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Tally knowledge is preferred.

Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a manufacturing setting.
