Role Description This is a full time remote role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.

The role involves drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and using digital platforms and applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows. The HR Recruiter will communicate regularly with stakeholders, provide updates on hiring progress,



and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes.

Qualifications
Robust skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination
Experience using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and skilled networking platforms for recruitment
Ability to draft clear job descriptions and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
Proficiency in maintaining recruitment reports and tracking key hiring metrics
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines
Understanding of basic employment practices, HR policies, and fair hiring standards
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination is an advantage
