Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:

o Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles.

o Define job descriptions, prepare interview questions, and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
Candidate Sourcing:

o Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to identify top talent.

o Build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
Screening & Selection:

o Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

o Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:

o Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and hiring priorities.





o Provide insights and guidance on market trends and competitive compensation packages.
Compliance & Reporting:

o Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .

o Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track progress and performance metrics.
Market Research:

o Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:

o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Soft Skills o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
