We’re Hiring: GTM Intern — US Market | Volody

Are you someone who can start a conversation with anyone, write an email that actually gets opened, and turn curiosity into prospect?

Volody is looking for a GTM Intern, US Market to join our team and help us build our presence in the US.

This is a sales-focused role , but we promise it’s much more than cold calling and spreadsheets. You’ll get a front-row seat to how up-to-date B2B sales works—researching companies, reaching decision-makers, understanding customer pain points, crafting outreach, joining sales conversations, and helping turn prospects into customers.

What you'll be doing
Research and identify high-potential US prospects
Build targeted prospect lists and map key decision-makers

• Create personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn & calls
Start meaningful conversations with prospects and qualify opportunities
Join customer/sales calls and learn the art of discovery and selling
Experiment with messaging, outreach strategies, and channels
Keep our CRM and pipeline organized
Share insights from the market with our GTM, marketing, and product teams

What we're looking for

Communication is everything.

You should be someone who:





• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Is confident speaking with people you've never met
Can write clearly, creatively, and persuasively
Is curious about businesses, technology, and people
Is energetic, proactive, and hungry to learn
Doesn't wait around to be told what to do
Is comfortable with targets and measurable outcomes

• Wants to build a career in Sales, GTM, SaaS, or Startups

Prior sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement .

What matters more is your ability to communicate, learn rapid, take ownership, and make things happen.
