We are looking for a Holiday Expert who has good knowledge of both Operations and Sales and can independently manage a booking from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end booking files, from understanding client requirements to final booking and post-booking coordination.
Manage both Operations and Sales activities efficiently.
Handle hotel, tour, and land package bookings through various booking portals.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and other travel services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages and itineraries.
Prepare and promote travel packages with a focus on conversion and sales.
Maintain regular coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Follow up on quotations,bookings, payments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
Ensure all booking details are accurate and updated throughout the process.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Good knowledge of hotel and tour booking portals.
Robust understanding of vendors and suppliers for land package bookings.
Ability to independently handle a booking file from start to finish.
Good destination knowledge, with basic knowledge of major domestic/international destinations and their key attractions.
Valuable understanding of travel product sales and the ability to effectively sell and promote holiday packages.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Valuable coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple bookings and requirements simultaneously.
Should be comfortable working in a role that involves both Sales and Operations.
