We're Hiring | Finance Costing Manager – Manufacturing /n Location: Mumbai /n Experience: 5+ Years /n Industry: Manufacturing /n Preferred Qualification : CA / CMA / ICWA /n We are looking for a Finance Costing Manager with strong hands-on experience in product costing, manufacturing costing, cost analysis and profitability to support critical business and management decisions. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
Own end-to-end product & manufacturing costing for existing and new products.

/n
Develop and maintain standard costing systems and cost structures.

/n
Analyze RM, labour, overhead, conversion and manufacturing costs.

/n
Review BOMs, routings and cost centres for costing accuracy.

/n
Conduct Actual vs Standard and detailed cost variance analysis.

/n
Identify cost leakages, cost-reduction prospects and productivity gaps.

/n
Conduct product/SKU-wise profitability, gross margin and contribution analysis.

/n
Support pricing decisions, new product evaluation and business cases through cost models.

/n
Lead/coordinate budgeting, forecasting and plant/product-wise financial planning.

/n
Prepare monthly costing MIS,



plant performance and profitability reports for management.

/n
Work closely with Finance, Plant, Production, Procurement, SCM, Sales, R&D; and Senior Management.

/n
Partner with ERP/IT teams for costing process improvement, master-data accuracy and reporting automation.

/n /n Looking For /n 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance / Costing /n Manufacturing industry experience /n Solid hands-on experience in Product Costing, Standard Costing &

• Manufacturing Costing /n Strong understanding of BOM, RM, WIP, FG, overhead absorption & cost variances /n Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting &

• Profitability Analysis /n Robust Advanced Excel &

• SAP/ERP skills
