Air & Sea division with expansion into India, UAE, and China. Job Location - Gurgaon/Noida with solid experience in Ocean and Air Freight (Import & Export), particularly in FCL and Free-Hand business development. The role is an individual contributor position responsible for acquiring new customers, generating revenue, and achieving business targets. Candidates with experience predominantly in nomination business will not be suitable for this role.

Development/Revenue Generation/Commercial & Market Intelligence Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience in Freight Forwarding Sales – Ocean/Air (Import & Export).




Strong exposure to FCL and Free-Hand business development.
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and revenue generation.
Strong customer network in the respective geography.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented skilled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
