We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate female Staff Nurse with hands-on experience in an IVF / Fertility Clinic &
OT setup . The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient care during fertility treatments, assisting gynaecologists/embryologists during procedures (OPU, ET, IUI), medication administration, and patient counselling.
Clinical &
Procedure AssistanceAssist the fertility specialist during IUI, OPU (Ovum Pick-Up), ET (Embryo Transfer), and Diagnostic Hysteroscopy . Prepare and maintain the IVF Operation Theatre (OT) ensuring strict aseptic protocols and sterile conditions. Handle pre-op preparation and post-op recovery care for patients undergoing egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
Medication &
Protocol ManagementAdminister fertility injections (subcutaneous & intramuscular), hormonal therapies,



and trigger injections strictly according to doctor protocols and exact timings. Educate and guide patients on self-administration of injections when required. Maintain accurate inventory, cold-chain storage, and tracking of specialized IVF medications and consumables. 3.

Care &
CoordinationGuide and counsel couples through treatment cycles, scan schedules, and medication compliance with empathy. Collect and handle blood samples for hormonal assays Maintain accurate documentation of patient files, consent forms, and treatment cycle sheets in accordance with ART guidelines.
