Freight Forwarding & Logistics experience is required

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process export and import documentation.
Draft and verify House Bill of Lading (HBL), Master Bill of Lading (MBL), Commercial Invoice, Packing

List, Shipping Instructions, and Delivery Orders.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, customs brokers, and customers.
Ensure timely submission of shipping documents and compliance with shipping regulations.
Follow up with customers for documentation requirements and approvals.
Maintain shipment records and update documentation in the ERP/system.
Resolve documentation discrepancies and support smooth cargo movement.




Coordinate closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding documentation (Import/Export).
Sound knowledge of shipping documentation and freight forwarding processes.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Location is Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
