Aksara Jewellers is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Female In-Store Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery products, generating sales, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Follow up with customers and support repeat business.
Maintain proper product and customer-related records.
Build strong customer relationships and contribute to showroom sales.

Candidate Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.




Strong interest in sales and customer service.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Jewellery retail/sales experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates from retail, banking sales, gold loan, credit card, or similar sales backgrounds may also apply.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
