Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and communicative IT Sales Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to generate leads and initiate relationships with prospective business clients. You will connect with business owners and managers to identify their technology needs and set up qualified meetings for our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Contact: Make outbound calls to targeted B2B prospects to pitch our ERP, web development, and digital marketing solutions.
Lead Qualification: Ask key discovery questions to understand prospective clients' current setups, paint points, and IT needs.
Appointment Setting: Schedule product demos and consultation meetings for senior Business Development Managers.
Database Management: Record call activities, prospect details, and follow-up schedules accurately in our CRM.
Follow-Ups:



Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails with warm leads to move them through the top of the sales funnel.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1+ years of outbound calling, lead generation, or inside sales experience (experience in IT, web design, or digital marketing is a plus).
Communication: Explicit, confident spoken communication and fluent writing skills.
Product Understanding: Ability to quickly grasp basic concepts of ERP systems, websites, and digital marketing services.
Persistence: Resilience in handling objections and maintaining high call volume goals daily.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office tools (MS Office / Google Workspace).

Supplemental Pay Types:
