Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & IR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, industrial relations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and workforce management at the plant.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain a healthy relationship with employees, workmen, and unions.
Handle workmen grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, show-cause notices, and settlements.
Manage union negotiations and support wage settlements/long-term settlements.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory requirements.
Manage contract labour, manpower deployment, attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, and payroll inputs.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Drive employee engagement,



welfare activities, training, and grievance-resolution mechanisms.
Coordinate with government/labour authorities and manage labour-law inspections and notices.
Maintain HR MIS and prepare reports related to manpower, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, productivity, and labour cost.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.
Partner with plant management to improve productivity, discipline, employee relations, and workforce efficiency.
Ensure proper maintenance of personnel records and statutory registers.
