Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC Execution for high-rise residential projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee HVAC engineering design, installation, testing, and commissioning of air conditioning systems.
- Coordinate plumbing works including drainage, sewage treatment plants, water supply systems, and fire fighting systems.
- Ensure timely completion of MEP activities within budget constraints while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years' experience in MEP coordination or a related field.
- Diploma/ B. Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC engineering principles and practices; proficiency in HVAC engineering design and operation.
