Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeler with 2+ years of experience to develop accurate and coordinated BIM models for building projects, with exposure to international and Gulf-region standards .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Prepare and update BIM models, layouts, shop drawings and documentation.
- Perform multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks .
- Coordinate with design engineers, architects and other MEP teams.
- Ensure models comply with project specifications and relevant international/Gulf standards.

Technical / Must-Have Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP & AutoCAD .
- Good knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC / Plumbing / Fire Fighting modelling.
- Knowledge of LOD 300/400 and international/Gulf standards.
- Robust coordination,



communication and problem-solving skills.

Education Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering .
