Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one live online Maths sessions for students in a comprehensive, structured and engaging manner.
- Prepare lesson plans and study material well in advance to ensure effective delivery of each session.
- Make online classes interactive, exciting and engaging and create a positive learning workplace for students.
- Continuously improve teaching methodology and adapt to the SAT exam pattern and curriculum through training and retraining programs.
- Monitor students' learning and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Develop and conduct tests, assignments, practice activities and other course-related activities.
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives as required by the organization.
- Conduct and participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students' progress effectively.
- Work collaboratively on developing new teaching activities, assessments and learning resources.
- Maintain a professional online teaching environment and ensure uninterrupted delivery of scheduled sessions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Female candidate, age 2340 years.
- Graduate in Mathematics or a relevant subject/discipline.
- Minimum 3 months or more of teaching/tutoring experience.
- Candidates currently teaching higher classes, preferably Classes 9–12, in a school, college,



coaching institute or through home/private tuition are preferred.
- Candidates teaching students from CBSE and ICSE boards are eligible.
- Strong Mathematics subject knowledge and excellent conceptual clarity.
- Strong logical reasoning and ability to explain mathematical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good teaching/pedagogy skills with the ability to keep students engaged during one-on-one online sessions.
- Comfortable working in a Work-from-Home environment with a dedicated and disturbance-free workspace.
- Comfortable with 6 days working, including Saturdays and Sundays, with one weekly off.
- Must be comfortable working in any one of the assigned shifts:
- US: 4:00 AM – 11:30 AM IST
- UK: 5:00 PM – 12:30 AM IST
- GS: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
- Must have a personal laptop with minimum 8 GB RAM and i3 processor or above.
- Should have a stable 50 Mbps broadband/fibre internet connection and power/internet backup.
- Comfortable attending the organization's mandatory 3-day training program every three months.
- Willing to travel for the quarterly training program; travel, accommodation and meals will be taken care of by the company.
- Should be available for full-time engagement and should not have another full-time/part-time role in the same domain
