Role Description The Marketplace Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for managing and optimizing Borosil’s presence on e-commerce marketplaces. This role includes monitoring product listings, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain smooth order processing and timely dispatch.

The executive will track sales performance, analyze marketplace data, and suggest improvements to enhance visibility, conversion,



and customer experience. Day-to-day activities involve liaising with marketplace partners, resolving operational issues, managing promotions and campaigns, and maintaining compliance with platform policies. The role also supports reporting and documentation to help drive continuous operational efficiency and growth across all online channels.

Qualifications

- Experience in marketplace operations or e-commerce management, including handling listings, pricing, and inventory on major online platforms.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills for tracking performance metrics, generating reports, and using data to drive decisions.
- Knowledge of online merchandising, basic digital marketing concepts, and promotion management on marketplaces.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external platform partners.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on process accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in FMCG or consumer durables is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on-site in Gurgaon.
