Pallavi by Naveena is a women’s clothing brand known for timeless designs, comfort, and handcrafted details. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and creative Marketing & Store Intern to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Assist in managing our website and ensure product listings are accurate and up to date.
- Manage and create content for our Instagram, including stories, reels, and posts.
- Capture product photos and videos for social media and marketing.
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Attend exhibitions, interact with customers, handle sales, and assist with product displays and setup.
- Maintain stock levels and oversee inventory management.
- Record and update inventory accurately using Microsoft Excel and our inventory management software (training will be provided).
- Ensure garments are neatly steamed, organized, and presented according to brand standards.
- Provide excellent customer service both in-store and during exhibitions.
- Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Must own a personal laptop.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good sales and customer interaction skills.




- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Interest in fashion, marketing, and social media.
- Comfortable appearing in or assisting with reels and other content creation.
- Willing to travel occasionally for exhibitions.
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, marketing, or store management is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
