- Coordinate with clients, hospitals, laboratories, and collection centres.
- Handle marketing activities and develop current business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate the collection and transportation of samples.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of samples to the laboratory.
- Coordinate with collection executives, logistics partners, and laboratory teams.
- Track sample movement and maintain proper records.
- Follow up with clients regarding reports, services, and pending requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly activity and logistics reports.
- Resolve basic client and logistics-related issues promptly.
- Support the management team in achieving business and operational targets.
- Travel locally as required for client visits and business development activities.
